| CVE-2026-47104(opens NVD record) | Medium | 4.0 | libusb before version 1.0.30 contains a one-byte out-of-bounds read vulnerability in parse_iad_array() in descriptor.c that allows attackers to trigger a denial of service by supplying a malformed USB descriptor whose bLength equals size minus one, causing the bounds check to use the original buffer size instead of the remaining size. Attackers in virtualized environments with USB passthrough can supply crafted descriptors through libusb_get_active_interface_association_descriptors or libusb_get_interface_association_descriptors to read one byte past the end of the malloc allocation, resulting in a denial of service. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-46099(opens NVD record) | High | 8.1 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ipv6: fix NOREF dst use in seg6 and rpl lwtunnels seg6_input_core() and rpl_input() call ip6_route_input() which sets a NOREF dst on the skb, then pass it to dst_cache_set_ip6() invoking dst_hold() unconditionally. On PREEMPT_RT, ksoftirqd is preemptible and a higher-priority task can release the underlying pcpu_rt between the lookup and the caching through a concurrent FIB lookup on a shared nexthop. Simplified race sequence: ksoftirqd/X higher-prio task (same CPU X) ----------- -------------------------------- seg6_input_core(,skb)/rpl_input(skb) dst_cache_get() -> miss ip6_route_input(skb) -> ip6_pol_route(,skb,flags) [RT6_LOOKUP_F_DST_NOREF in flags] -> FIB lookup resolves fib6_nh [nhid=N route] -> rt6_make_pcpu_route() [creates pcpu_rt, refcount=1] pcpu_rt->sernum = fib6_sernum [fib6_sernum=W] -> cmpxchg(fib6_nh.rt6i_pcpu, NULL, pcpu_rt) [slot was empty, store succeeds] -> skb_dst_set_noref(skb, dst) [dst is pcpu_rt, refcount still 1] rt_genid_bump_ipv6() -> bumps fib6_sernum [fib6_sernum from W to Z] ip6_route_output() -> ip6_pol_route() -> FIB lookup resolves fib6_nh [nhid=N] -> rt6_get_pcpu_route() pcpu_rt->sernum != fib6_sernum [W <> Z, stale] -> prev = xchg(rt6i_pcpu, NULL) -> dst_release(prev) [prev is pcpu_rt, refcount 1->0, dead] dst = skb_dst(skb) [dst is the dead pcpu_rt] dst_cache_set_ip6(dst) -> dst_hold() on dead dst -> WARN / use-after-free For the race to occur, ksoftirqd must be preemptible (PREEMPT_RT without PREEMPT_RT_NEEDS_BH_LOCK) and a concurrent task must be able to release the pcpu_rt. Shared nexthop objects provide such a path, as two routes pointing to the same nhid share the same fib6_nh and its rt6i_pcpu entry. Fix seg6_input_core() and rpl_input() by calling skb_dst_force() after ip6_route_input() to force the NOREF dst into a refcounted one before caching. The output path is not affected as ip6_route_output() already returns a refcounted dst. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-46093(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/vmalloc: take vmap_purge_lock in shrinker decay_va_pool_node() can be invoked concurrently from two paths: __purge_vmap_area_lazy() when pools are being purged, and the shrinker via vmap_node_shrink_scan(). However, decay_va_pool_node() is not safe to run concurrently, and the shrinker path currently lacks serialization, leading to races and possible leaks. Protect decay_va_pool_node() by taking vmap_purge_lock in the shrinker path to ensure serialization with purge users. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-46092(opens NVD record) | Medium | 5.5 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: rtw88: check for PCI upstream bridge existence pci_upstream_bridge() returns NULL if the device is on a root bus. If 8821CE is installed in the system with such a PCI topology, the probing routine will crash. This has probably been unnoticed as 8821CE is mostly supplied in laptops where there is a PCI-to-PCI bridge located upstream from the device. However the card might be installed on a system with different configuration. Check if the bridge does exist for the specific workaround to be applied. Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with Svace static analysis tool. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-46090(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: aloop: Fix peer runtime UAF during format-change stop loopback_check_format() may stop the capture side when playback starts with parameters that no longer match a running capture stream. Commit 826af7fa62e3 ("ALSA: aloop: Fix racy access at PCM trigger") moved the peer lookup under cable->lock, but the actual snd_pcm_stop() still runs after dropping that lock. A concurrent close can clear the capture entry from cable->streams[] and detach or free its runtime while the playback trigger path still holds a stale peer substream pointer. Keep a per-cable count of in-flight peer stops before dropping cable->lock, and make free_cable() wait for those stops before detaching the runtime. This preserves the existing behavior while making the peer runtime lifetime explicit. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-46054(opens NVD record) | High | 7.1 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: selinux: fix overlayfs mmap() and mprotect() access checks The existing SELinux security model for overlayfs is to allow access if the current task is able to access the top level file (the "user" file) and the mounter's credentials are sufficient to access the lower level file (the "backing" file). Unfortunately, the current code does not properly enforce these access controls for both mmap() and mprotect() operations on overlayfs filesystems. This patch makes use of the newly created security_mmap_backing_file() LSM hook to provide the missing backing file enforcement for mmap() operations, and leverages the backing file API and new LSM blob to provide the necessary information to properly enforce the mprotect() access controls. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-46033(opens NVD record) | High | 7.1 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: authencesn - reject short ahash digests during instance creation authencesn requires either a zero authsize or an authsize of at least 4 bytes because the ESN encrypt/decrypt paths always move 4 bytes of high-order sequence number data at the end of the authenticated data. While crypto_authenc_esn_setauthsize() already rejects explicit non-zero authsizes in the range 1..3, crypto_authenc_esn_create() still copied auth->digestsize into inst->alg.maxauthsize without validating it. The AEAD core then initialized the tfm's default authsize from that value. As a result, selecting an ahash with digest size 1..3, such as cbcmac(cipher_null), exposed authencesn instances whose default authsize was invalid even though setauthsize() would have rejected the same value. AF_ALG could then trigger the ESN tail handling with a too-short tag and hit an out-of-bounds access. Reject authencesn instances whose ahash digest size is in the invalid non-zero range 1..3 so that no tfm can inherit an unsupported default authsize. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-45998(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rxrpc: Fix potential UAF after skb_unshare() failure If skb_unshare() fails to unshare a packet due to allocation failure in rxrpc_input_packet(), the skb pointer in the parent (rxrpc_io_thread()) will be NULL'd out. This will likely cause the call to trace_rxrpc_rx_done() to oops. Fix this by moving the unsharing down to where rxrpc_input_call_event() calls rxrpc_input_call_packet(). There are a number of places prior to that where we ignore DATA packets for a variety of reasons (such as the call already being complete) for which an unshare is then avoided. And with that, rxrpc_input_packet() doesn't need to take a pointer to the pointer to the packet, so change that to just a pointer. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-45984(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gfs2: Fix use-after-free in iomap inline data write path The inline data buffer head (dibh) is being released prematurely in gfs2_iomap_begin() via release_metapath() while iomap->inline_data still points to dibh->b_data. This causes a use-after-free when iomap_write_end_inline() later attempts to write to the inline data area. The bug sequence: 1. gfs2_iomap_begin() calls gfs2_meta_inode_buffer() to read inode metadata into dibh 2. Sets iomap->inline_data = dibh->b_data + sizeof(struct gfs2_dinode) 3. Calls release_metapath() which calls brelse(dibh), dropping refcount to 0 4. kswapd reclaims the page (~39ms later in the syzbot report) 5. iomap_write_end_inline() tries to memcpy() to iomap->inline_data 6. KASAN detects use-after-free write to freed memory Fix by storing dibh in iomap->private and incrementing its refcount with get_bh() in gfs2_iomap_begin(). The buffer is then properly released in gfs2_iomap_end() after the inline write completes, ensuring the page stays alive for the entire iomap operation. Note: A C reproducer is not available for this issue. The fix is based on analysis of the KASAN report and code review showing the buffer head is freed before use. [agruenba: Take buffer head reference in gfs2_iomap_begin() to avoid leaks in gfs2_iomap_get() and gfs2_iomap_alloc().] | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-45972(opens NVD record) | Critical | 9.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix potential UAF and double free in smb2_open_file() Zero out @err_iov and @err_buftype before retrying SMB2_open() to prevent an UAF bug if @data != NULL, otherwise a double free. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-45945(opens NVD record) | High | 8.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/vt-d: Fix race condition during PASID entry replacement The Intel VT-d PASID table entry is 512 bits (64 bytes). When replacing an active PASID entry (e.g., during domain replacement), the current implementation calculates a new entry on the stack and copies it to the table using a single structure assignment. struct pasid_entry *pte, new_pte; pte = intel_pasid_get_entry(dev, pasid); pasid_pte_config_first_level(iommu, &new_pte, ...); *pte = new_pte; Because the hardware may fetch the 512-bit PASID entry in multiple 128-bit chunks, updating the entire entry while it is active (Present bit set) risks a "torn" read. In this scenario, the IOMMU hardware could observe an inconsistent state — partially new data and partially old data — leading to unpredictable behavior or spurious faults. Fix this by removing the unsafe "replace" helpers and following the "clear-then-update" flow, which ensures the Present bit is cleared and the required invalidation handshake is completed before the new configuration is applied. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-45944(opens NVD record) | High | 7.5 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/vt-d: Clear Present bit before tearing down context entry When tearing down a context entry, the current implementation zeros the entire 128-bit entry using multiple 64-bit writes. This creates a window where the hardware can fetch a "torn" entry — where some fields are already zeroed while the 'Present' bit is still set — leading to unpredictable behavior or spurious faults. While x86 provides strong write ordering, the compiler may reorder writes to the two 64-bit halves of the context entry. Even without compiler reordering, the hardware fetch is not guaranteed to be atomic with respect to multiple CPU writes. Align with the "Guidance to Software for Invalidations" in the VT-d spec (Section 6.5.3.3) by implementing the recommended ownership handshake: 1. Clear only the 'Present' (P) bit of the context entry first to signal the transition of ownership from hardware to software. 2. Use dma_wmb() to ensure the cleared bit is visible to the IOMMU. 3. Perform the required cache and context-cache invalidation to ensure hardware no longer has cached references to the entry. 4. Fully zero out the entry only after the invalidation is complete. Also, add a dma_wmb() to context_set_present() to ensure the entry is fully initialized before the 'Present' bit becomes visible. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-45898(opens NVD record) | Critical | 9.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/iwcm: Fix workqueue list corruption by removing work_list The commit e1168f0 ("RDMA/iwcm: Simplify cm_event_handler()") changed the work submission logic to unconditionally call queue_work() with the expectation that queue_work() would have no effect if work was already pending. The problem is that a free list of struct iwcm_work is used (for which struct work_struct is embedded), so each call to queue_work() is basically unique and therefore does indeed queue the work. This causes a problem in the work handler which walks the work_list until it's empty to process entries. This means that a single run of the work handler could process item N+1 and release it back to the free list while the actual workqueue entry is still queued. It could then get reused (INIT_WORK...) and lead to list corruption in the workqueue logic. Fix this by just removing the work_list. The workqueue already does this for us. This fixes the following error that was observed when stress testing with ucmatose on an Intel E830 in iWARP mode: [ 151.465780] list_del corruption. next->prev should be ffff9f0915c69c08, but was ffff9f0a1116be08. | CVE-2026-45852(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/rxe: Fix double free in rxe_srq_from_init In rxe_srq_from_init(), the queue pointer 'q' is assigned to 'srq->rq.queue' before copying the SRQ number to user space. If copy_to_user() fails, the function calls rxe_queue_cleanup() to free the queue, but leaves the now-invalid pointer in 'srq->rq.queue'. The caller of rxe_srq_from_init() (rxe_create_srq) eventually calls rxe_srq_cleanup() upon receiving the error, which triggers a second rxe_queue_cleanup() on the same memory, leading to a double free. The call trace looks like this: kmem_cache_free+0x.../0x... rxe_queue_cleanup+0x1a/0x30 [rdma_rxe] rxe_srq_cleanup+0x42/0x60 [rdma_rxe] rxe_elem_release+0x31/0x70 [rdma_rxe] rxe_create_srq+0x12b/0x1a0 [rdma_rxe] ib_create_srq_user+0x9a/0x150 [ib_core] Fix this by moving 'srq->rq.queue = q' after copy_to_user. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-42791(opens NVD record) | Low | 3.7 | Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in Erlang OTP public_key (pubkey_ocsp module) allows forged OCSP responses signed with an expired responder certificate to be accepted as valid. OCSP response verification in pubkey_ocsp:verify_response/5 and pubkey_ocsp:is_authorized_responder/3 in lib/public_key/src/pubkey_ocsp.erl does not check the validity period (notBefore/notAfter) of the OCSP responder certificate. An attacker who has obtained the private key of an expired CA-designated OCSP responder certificate can forge OCSP responses that Erlang/OTP accepts as valid. This affects TLS clients using OCSP stapling via the ssl application: a malicious or compromised server can present a revoked TLS certificate together with a forged OCSP response signed by an expired responder key, and the client will accept the revoked certificate as valid. It also affects applications calling public_key:pkix_ocsp_validate/5 directly, where the impact depends on the use case — server-side client certificate validation using this API may allow authentication bypass with a revoked client certificate. This issue affects OTP from OTP 27.0 before OTP 29.0.1, OTP 28.5.0.1 and OTP 27.3.4.12, corresponding to public_key from 1.16 before 1.21.1, 1.20.3.1 and 1.17.1.3. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-42789(opens NVD record) | Medium | 4.8 | Improper Following of a Certificate's Chain of Trust vulnerability in Erlang OTP public_key (pubkey_cert module) allows a non-CA certificate to be accepted as an intermediate issuer, enabling certificate chain forgery. In lib/public_key/src/pubkey_cert.erl, pubkey_cert:validate_extensions/7 contains two flaws that together allow a certificate with basicConstraints cA:false and no keyUsage extension to be used as an intermediate issuer in a chain passed to public_key:pkix_path_validation/3: the cA:false clause recurses into the remaining extensions without rejecting the certificate when it is in issuer position, and the keyUsage check only fires when the extension is present, so a certificate lacking keyUsage entirely bypasses the keyCertSign enforcement. Any party holding an end-entity certificate with basicConstraints cA:false and no keyUsage extension, issued by any CA in the victim's trust store, can use that certificate's private key to sign forged leaf certificates for arbitrary identities. public_key:pkix_path_validation/3 accepts the resulting chain, and by extension every TLS or mTLS endpoint built on the OTP ssl application that relies on the default verifier is affected, including server identity verification on the client side and client certificate verification on mTLS servers. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 29.0.1, OTP 28.5.0.1, OTP 27.3.4.12 and OTP 26.2.5.21, corresponding to public_key from 0.22 before 1.21.1, 1.20.3.1, 1.17.1.3 and 1.15.1.7. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-3676(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.5 | IBM Cloud APM, Base Private 8.1.4 and IBM Cloud APM, Advanced Private 8.1.4 IBM Db2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes DB2 Connect Server) could allow an authenticated user to cause a denial of service due to improper neutralization of special elements in the data query logic of the Fenced environment. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-3623(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | IBM Netezza Performance Server Replication Services 3.0.2.0 through 3.0.5.0 allows an attacker with low‑privileged access to escalate their privileges to root. By exploiting this flaw, the attacker can execute root‑level commands, obtain a root shell, and change the root user’s password. Successful exploitation also enables modification or removal of system‑wide files and the installation of persistent backdoors. This results in full system compromise with complete loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-3366(opens NVD record) | High | 7.5 | IBM InfoSphere Optim Test Data Fabrication 1.0.0, 1.0.0.1, 1.0.0.2, 1.0.2, 1.0.2.2, 1.0.2.3, 1.0.2.4, 1.0.2.5, 1.0.2.6, 1.0.2.7 could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. | CVE-2026-36540(opens NVD record) | High | 7.3 | Netis AC1200 Router NC21 V4.0.1.4296 is vulnerable to unauthenticated command injection via the /cgi-bin/skk_set.cgi endpoint. The password and new_pwd_confirm POST parameters are passed directly to the underlying OS shell without sanitization. An attacker can inject arbitrary shell commands by wrapping them in backticks (`) and encoding them in base64. Because the endpoint requires no authentication, any device on the LAN can achieve full Remote Code Execution on the router's operating system with a single HTTP POST request. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-36538(opens NVD record) | High | 7.3 | Netis AC1200 Router NC21 V4.0.1.4296 contains a hard-coded root credential stored in /etc/shadow.sample. The password for the root account is set to the trivially weak value root, allowing an attacker with access to the device to authenticate as root and gain full control of the underlying operating system. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-2340(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.5 | A flaw was found in Samba’s vfs_worm module. The module is intended to provide write-once, read-many (WORM) protections by preventing modification of files after a configurable grace period. Due to insufficient validation during rename operations, an authenticated user with write access to a share could overwrite a protected file by renaming a newly created file over the existing WORM-protected file. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-23679(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.2 | libusb before version 1.0.30 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability that allows attackers to crash applications by supplying a malformed USB configuration descriptor where an interface claims bNumEndpoints greater than zero but is followed by a class-specific descriptor whose bLength exceeds the remaining buffer size, causing parse_interface() to return early without allocating the endpoint array. Attackers can exploit this flaw through libusb_get_active_config_descriptor or libusb_get_config_descriptor by providing crafted descriptors via virtualized USB passthrough, file-based descriptor parsing, or network sources, causing any application iterating over endpoints to dereference a NULL endpoint pointer and crash. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-1933(opens NVD record) | High | 7.1 | A flaw was found in Samba’s handling of NTFS-style reparse points on shares configured with read only = yes. Due to missing SMB-layer access checks, authenticated users with underlying filesystem write permissions may create or delete reparse point metadata through SMB operations even on read-only exports. This could allow modification of SMB-visible file behavior, including converting files into symbolic links or other reparse point types. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-1718(opens NVD record) | High | 7.1 | IBM Db2 11.5.0 through 11.5.9, and 12.1.0 through 12.1.4 is vulnerable to a denial of service with a specially crafted query when autonomous transactions are enabled. | May 27, 2026 |

This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to inject arbitrary JavaScript code into the web user interface, which may alter the intended functionality and could lead to the disclosure of credentials within a trusted session. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2024-56462(opens NVD record) | High | 7.2 | IBM QRadar 7.5.0 through 7.5.0 UP15 Interim Fix 002 could allow a privileged user to upload a malicious backup archive that could be restored and used to gain access to the underlying operating system. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2024-40684(opens NVD record) | Medium | 5.9 | IBM Operations Analytics - Log Analysis 1.3.5.0, 1.3.5.1, 1.3.5.2, 1.3.5.3, 1.3.6.0, 1.3.6.1, 1.3.7.0, 1.3.7.1, 1.3.7.2, and 1.3.8.0, 1.3.8.1, 1.3.8.2, 1.3.8.3, 1.3.8.4 IBM SmartCloud Analytics - Log Analysis does not require that users should have strong passwords by default, which makes it easier for attackers to compromise user accounts. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2024-28765(opens NVD record) | Medium | 5.3 | IBM SDI 7.2.0.0 through 7.2.0.14 and IBM Security Directory Integrator 10.0.0.0 through 10.0.0.2 could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information when a detailed technical error message is returned in the browser. This information could be used in further attacks against the system. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-9689(opens NVD record) | Medium | 4.2 | A flaw was found in Keycloak, an open-source identity and access management solution. When a client application is configured to accept broad redirect Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs), a remote attacker can manipulate the authentication process by crafting a special web address. If a user clicks this link, the client application might incorrectly prioritize attacker-controlled information over legitimate data. This vulnerability, known as HTTP parameter pollution, could allow an attacker to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to resources. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-3012(opens NVD record) | High | 8.0 | A flaw was found in Samba’s certificate auto-enrollment Group Policy handling. When certificate auto-enrollment is enabled, Samba may retrieve a CA certificate over an unencrypted HTTP connection and install it into the local trust store without proper verification. An attacker with the ability to intercept or redirect network traffic could exploit this behavior to supply a malicious certificate authority certificate, potentially allowing interception or spoofing of trusted communications. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-9236(opens NVD record) | Medium | 4.3 | The CM Ad Changer – A simple tool to control and optimize your site's banners plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.7. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the cmac_campaigns_action function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete arbitrary advertising campaigns, including their associated banner records and uploaded files via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-8450(opens NVD record) | Critical | 9.1 | HTTP::Daemon versions before 6.17 for Perl allow OS command injection via send_file(). send_file() opens its string argument with Perl's 2-arg open(). The 2-arg form interprets magic prefixes: '| cmd' and 'cmd |' open a pipe to a subprocess, '> path' and '>> path' open the path for write or append. Untrusted input passed to send_file() can run OS commands at the daemon process UID. The read-pipe form ('cmd |') also leaks subprocess stdout into the HTTP response body. The write-mode forms can create or truncate files at attacker chosen paths. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-6287(opens NVD record) | Medium | 5.4 | The ShopLentor - WooCommerce Builder for Elementor & Gutenberg plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'blockUniqId' block attribute in multiple Product Gride blocks in versions up to, and including, 3.3.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-49000(opens NVD record) | High | 7.0 | An insecure password scheme refers to vulnerabilities arising from improper selection of encryption algorithms, inadequate key management, or flawed code implementation, which may lead to data leakage or tampering, such as hard-coded keys or the use of weak encryption algorithms. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2025-14481(opens NVD record) | Medium | 4.3 | The Yoast SEO plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object References in all versions up to, and including, 26.5. This is due to insufficient authorization checks in the Meta Search REST API endpoint that fail to verify post ownership. | CVE-2026-9022(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.4 | The Splide Carousel Block plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'url' Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload must be published before it executes for site visitors, which requires an editor or administrator to approve and publish the contributor's post. | May 27, 2026 |
| CVE-2026-48999(opens NVD record) | Medium | 5.7 | Attackers carefully craft malicious scripts, such as JavaScript, and inject them into target systems; when other users access pages containing such malicious content, the scripts are automatically loaded and executed in the victim's browser.Attackers can thereby steal user cookies, hijack session privileges, and tamper with page content.Since the malicious code is stored within the system, the attack scope is broad and the concealment is strong, making it frequently employed for data theft attacks. | May 27, 2026 |
