| CVE-2025-68171(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/fpu: Ensure XFD state on signal delivery Sean reported [1] the following splat when running KVM tests: WARNING: CPU: 232 PID: 15391 at xfd_validate_state+0x65/0x70 Call Trace: <TASK> fpu__clear_user_states+0x9c/0x100 arch_do_signal_or_restart+0x142/0x210 exit_to_user_mode_loop+0x55/0x100 do_syscall_64+0x205/0x2c0 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x4b/0x53 Chao further identified [2] a reproducible scenario involving signal delivery: a non-AMX task is preempted by an AMX-enabled task which modifies the XFD MSR. When the non-AMX task resumes and reloads XSTATE with init values, a warning is triggered due to a mismatch between fpstate::xfd and the CPU's current XFD state. fpu__clear_user_states() does not currently re-synchronize the XFD state after such preemption. Invoke xfd_update_state() which detects and corrects the mismatch if there is a dynamic feature. This also benefits the sigreturn path, as fpu__restore_sig() may call fpu__clear_user_states() when the sigframe is inaccessible. [ dhansen: minor changelog munging ] | Dec 16, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-68170(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/radeon: Do not kfree() devres managed rdev Since the allocation of the drivers main structure was changed to devm_drm_dev_alloc() rdev is managed by devres and we shouldn't be calling kfree() on it. This fixes things exploding if the driver probe fails and devres cleans up the rdev after we already free'd it. (cherry picked from commit 16c0681617b8a045773d4d87b6140002fa75b03b) | Dec 16, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-68168(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: jfs: fix uninitialized waitqueue in transaction manager The transaction manager initialization in txInit() was not properly initializing TxBlock[0].waitor waitqueue, causing a crash when txEnd(0) is called on read-only filesystems. When a filesystem is mounted read-only, txBegin() returns tid=0 to indicate no transaction. However, txEnd(0) still gets called and tries to access TxBlock[0].waitor via tid_to_tblock(0), but this waitqueue was never initialized because the initialization loop started at index 1 instead of 0. This causes a 'non-static key' lockdep warning and system crash: INFO: trying to register non-static key in txEnd Fix by ensuring all transaction blocks including TxBlock[0] have their waitqueues properly initialized during txInit(). | Dec 16, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-68167(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gpiolib: fix invalid pointer access in debugfs If the memory allocation in gpiolib_seq_start() fails, the s->private field remains uninitialized and is later dereferenced without checking in gpiolib_seq_stop(). Initialize s->private to NULL before calling kzalloc() and check it before dereferencing it. | Dec 16, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-40362(opens NVD record) | High | 8.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: fix multifs mds auth caps issue The mds auth caps check should also validate the fsname along with the associated caps. Not doing so would result in applying the mds auth caps of one fs on to the other fs in a multifs ceph cluster. The bug causes multiple issues w.r.t user authentication, following is one such example. Steps to Reproduce (on vstart cluster): 1. Create two file systems in a cluster, say 'fsname1' and 'fsname2' 2. Authorize read only permission to the user 'client.usr' on fs 'fsname1' $ceph fs authorize fsname1 client.usr / r 3. Authorize read and write permission to the same user 'client.usr' on fs 'fsname2' $ceph fs authorize fsname2 client.usr / rw 4. Update the keyring $ceph auth get client.usr >> ./keyring With above permssions for the user 'client.usr', following is the expectation. a. The 'client.usr' should be able to only read the contents and not allowed to create or delete files on file system 'fsname1'. b. The 'client.usr' should be able to read/write on file system 'fsname2'. But, with this bug, the 'client.usr' is allowed to read/write on file system 'fsname1'. See below. 5. Mount the file system 'fsname1' with the user 'client.usr' $sudo bin/mount.ceph usr@.fsname1=/ /kmnt_fsname1_usr/ 6. Try creating a file on file system 'fsname1' with user 'client.usr'. This should fail but passes with this bug. $touch /kmnt_fsname1_usr/file1 7. Mount the file system 'fsname1' with the user 'client.admin' and create a file. $sudo bin/mount.ceph admin@.fsname1=/ /kmnt_fsname1_admin $echo "data" > /kmnt_fsname1_admin/admin_file1 8. Try removing an existing file on file system 'fsname1' with the user 'client.usr'. This shoudn't succeed but succeeds with the bug. $rm -f /kmnt_fsname1_usr/admin_file1 For more information, please take a look at the corresponding mds/fuse patch and tests added by looking into the tracker mentioned below. v2: Fix a possible null dereference in doutc v3: Don't store fsname from mdsmap, validate against ceph_mount_options's fsname and use it v4: Code refactor, better warning message and fix possible compiler warning [ Slava.Dubeyko: "fsname check failed" -> "fsname mismatch" ] | Dec 16, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-40358(opens NVD record) | High | 7.1 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: riscv: stacktrace: Disable KASAN checks for non-current tasks Unwinding the stack of a task other than current, KASAN would report "BUG: KASAN: out-of-bounds in walk_stackframe+0x41c/0x460" There is a same issue on x86 and has been resolved by the commit 84936118bdf3 ("x86/unwind: Disable KASAN checks for non-current tasks") The solution could be applied to RISC-V too. | CVE-2025-40350(opens NVD record) | Critical | 9.8 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5e: RX, Fix generating skb from non-linear xdp_buff for striding RQ XDP programs can change the layout of an xdp_buff through bpf_xdp_adjust_tail() and bpf_xdp_adjust_head(). Therefore, the driver cannot assume the size of the linear data area nor fragments. Fix the bug in mlx5 by generating skb according to xdp_buff after XDP programs run. Currently, when handling multi-buf XDP, the mlx5 driver assumes the layout of an xdp_buff to be unchanged. That is, the linear data area continues to be empty and fragments remain the same. This may cause the driver to generate erroneous skb or triggering a kernel warning. When an XDP program added linear data through bpf_xdp_adjust_head(), the linear data will be ignored as mlx5e_build_linear_skb() builds an skb without linear data and then pull data from fragments to fill the linear data area. When an XDP program has shrunk the non-linear data through bpf_xdp_adjust_tail(), the delta passed to __pskb_pull_tail() may exceed the actual nonlinear data size and trigger the BUG_ON in it. To fix the issue, first record the original number of fragments. If the number of fragments changes after the XDP program runs, rewind the end fragment pointer by the difference and recalculate the truesize. Then, build the skb with the linear data area matching the xdp_buff. Finally, only pull data in if there is non-linear data and fill the linear part up to 256 bytes. | Dec 16, 2025 |

| CVE-2025-40347(opens NVD record) | High | 7.5 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: enetc: fix the deadlock of enetc_mdio_lock After applying the workaround for err050089, the LS1028A platform experiences RCU stalls on RT kernel. This issue is caused by the recursive acquisition of the read lock enetc_mdio_lock. Here list some of the call stacks identified under the enetc_poll path that may lead to a deadlock: enetc_poll -> enetc_lock_mdio -> enetc_clean_rx_ring OR napi_complete_done -> napi_gro_receive -> enetc_start_xmit -> enetc_lock_mdio -> enetc_map_tx_buffs -> enetc_unlock_mdio -> enetc_unlock_mdio After enetc_poll acquires the read lock, a higher-priority writer attempts to acquire the lock, causing preemption. The writer detects that a read lock is already held and is scheduled out. However, readers under enetc_poll cannot acquire the read lock again because a writer is already waiting, leading to a thread hang. Currently, the deadlock is avoided by adjusting enetc_lock_mdio to prevent recursive lock acquisition. | Dec 16, 2025 |

| CVE-2025-59803(opens NVD record) | Medium | 5.3 | Foxit PDF Editor and Reader before 2025.2.1 allow signature spoofing via triggers. An attacker can embed triggers (e.g., JavaScript) in a PDF document that execute during the signing process. When a signer reviews the document, the content appears normal. However, once the signature is applied, the triggers modify content on other pages or optional content layers without explicit warning. This can cause the signed PDF to differ from what the signer saw, undermining the trustworthiness of the digital signature. The fixed versions are 2025.2.1, 14.0.1, and 13.2.1. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-59802(opens NVD record) | High | 7.5 | Foxit PDF Editor and Reader before 2025.2.1 allow signature spoofing via OCG. When Optional Content Groups (OCG) are supported, the state property of an OCG is runtime-only and not included in the digital signature computation buffer. An attacker can leverage JavaScript or PDF triggers to dynamically change the visibility of OCG content after signing (Post-Sign), allowing the visual content of a signed PDF to be modified without invalidating the signature. This may result in a mismatch between the signed content and what the signer or verifier sees, undermining the trustworthiness of the digital signature. The fixed versions are 2025.2.1, 14.0.1, and 13.2.1. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-55314(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows and macOS before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. When pages in a PDF are deleted via JavaScript, the application may fail to properly update internal states. Subsequent annotation management operations assume these states are valid, causing dereference of invalid or released memory. This can lead to memory corruption, application crashes, and potentially allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-55313(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows and macOS before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. They allow potential arbitrary code execution when processing crafted PDF files. The vulnerability stems from insufficient handling of memory allocation failures after assigning an extremely large value to a form field's charLimit property via JavaScript. This can result in memory corruption and may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code by persuading a user to open a malicious file. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-55312(opens NVD record) | High | 7.8 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2.
| CVE-2025-55311(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.5 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows and macOS before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. A crafted PDF can use JavaScript to alter annotation content and subsequently clear the file's modification status via JavaScript interfaces. This circumvents digital signature verification by hiding document modifications, allowing an attacker to mislead users about the document's integrity and compromise the trustworthiness of signed PDFs. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-55310(opens NVD record) | High | 7.3 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows and macOS before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. An attacker able to alter or replace the static HTML files used by the StartPage feature can cause the application to load malicious or compromised content upon startup. This may result in information disclosure, unauthorized data access, or other security impacts. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-55309(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.7 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows and macOS before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. A crafted PDF can contain JavaScript that attaches an OnBlur action on a form field that destroys an annotation. During user right-click interaction, the program's internal focus change handling prematurely releases the annotation object, resulting in a use-after-free vulnerability that may cause memory corruption or application crashes. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-55308(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.7 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. A crafted PDF containing JavaScript that calls closeDoc() while internal objects are still in use can cause premature release of these objects. This use-after-free vulnerability may lead to memory corruption, potentially resulting in information disclosure when the PDF is opened. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-55307(opens NVD record) | Low | 3.3 | An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. Opening a malicious PDF containing a crafted JavaScript call to search.query() with a crafted cDIPath parameter (e.g., "/") may cause an out-of-bounds read in internal path-parsing logic, potentially leading to information disclosure or memory corruption. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2024-40593(opens NVD record) | Medium | 6.0 | A key management errors vulnerability in Fortinet FortiAnalyzer 7.4.0 through 7.4.2, FortiAnalyzer 7.2.0 through 7.2.5, FortiAnalyzer 7.0 all versions, FortiAnalyzer 6.4 all versions, FortiManager 7.4.0 through 7.4.2, FortiManager 7.2.0 through 7.2.5, FortiManager 7.0 all versions, FortiManager 6.4 all versions, FortiOS 7.6.0, FortiOS 7.4.4, FortiOS 7.2.7, FortiOS 7.0.14, FortiPortal 6.0 all versions may allow an authenticated admin to retrieve a certificate's private key via the device's admin shell. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-46266(opens NVD record) | Medium | 4.3 | A vulnerability in TeamViewer DEX Client (former 1E Client) - Content Distribution Service (NomadBranch.exe) prior version 25.11 for Windows allows malicious actors to coerce the service into transmitting data to an arbitrary internal IP address, potentially leaking sensitive information. | Dec 11, 2025 |
| CVE-2025-44016(opens NVD record) | High | 8.8 | A vulnerability in TeamViewer DEX Client (former 1E client) - Content Distribution Service (NomadBranch.exe) prior version 25.11 for Windows allows malicious actors to bypass file integrity validation via a crafted request. By providing a valid hash for a malicious file, an attacker can cause the service to incorrectly validate and process the file as trusted, enabling arbitrary code execution under the Nomad Branch service context. | Dec 11, 2025 |
